RacketRoller
A downloadable game
It's the 1920s, the city's up for grabs, and you and your crew are going to take it block by block.
An RPG... on one sheet of A4. Round up some legitimate business associates, muscle in on the docks, run the numbers, lean on the right people, and try not to end up face-down in the harbour. Push your luck, take the score, climb the ranks — or get pinched, get tailed, get clipped.
Why Download This Game?
A tight, fast, transactional rule set built for pick-up-and-play beer n' pretzels RPG evenings. A typical game might run around an hour or so — less if the first job goes sideways and the heat comes down early.
No apologies for rules that take a little work to read: this is a complete system, setting, and ruleset in roughly 2000 words. Roll 2d8, pick your angle — Clash, Deal, or Traffic — work the encounter grid across eight districts from the Docks to Uptown, and bank enough Reputation to run the town before your Hustle runs out.
RacketRoller is derived from CosmosDasher — the core engine is carried over largely intact and reskinned for the heist-and-takeover format.
